A quick story about a band that stayed with my parents.   There was just something different and appealing about the West Coast bands.  Maybe it was those funny little black shoes that Bill and Milo used to wear.

The Travel Channel ranks my local Taco Bell as the best.   Lee knew this weird guy Rob who played bass, and we all got together once in Stamford. Somehow we ended up trying to play some Smoking Popes tunes when I mentioned them to Rob in passing.
